Yay, the female Eclectus parrot! She is beautiful, and this is a great shot of her.
Fun fact! Eclectus are sexually dimorphic, meaning the males and females have different colors. Males are a nearly iridescent emerald green with a few blue accents, an orange top half of the beak, and a splash of red inside their wings. While pretty, the females are definitely the more beautiful of the two. They also don't produce much to any dander as they have an oil on their feathers instead. :)
