This is a birthday present for nelena

You see, the idea for this picture was formed a whole while ago, when we started our Roleplay. It was triggered by a scene I'll try to describe as good as possible.

Before Felan met Garth (and before he turned into a were) he used to work in a hospital as a male nurse. One day Felan's brother (who's overly protective of his younger counterpart) stumbles in while Garth and Felan want to meet for something (Garth is still trying to explain to Felan what actually happened to him at that time). Felan is not in the mood to explain to his brother who Garth really is so he just turns on his heels and explains to his bro that Garth is another doctor from the hospital and leaves...

So yeah... another doctor. Uhu. Nobody's really convinced by that statement and it leads to some interesting developments and misunderstandings later.

Anyhow... so this is where Doc Garth and nurse Felan came to life and the crossdressing and the pink are merely a "birthday bonus" for Nel.
