The Weed Whacker is a hybrid of a Gardevoir and Trevenant, however it's very unlikely that she's a natural hybrid.

Many months ago, killings have started turning up in Hanara city. The victims all share the same cause of death, which is their bodies being mauled and viciously torn apart. The deaths of these innocent individuals are believed to be incredibly painful. Although some has believed it to be the work of The Rhapsodist, it became obvious that this is the work of someone far more sinister and dangerous.

The Weed Whacker (as some begun to call this new killer) is responsible for these very deaths. She is an incredibly dangerous and insane individual, considered to be borderline animalistic with her behavior. She finds a sick satisfaction in tearing her victims apart, enjoying every moment as they die a very painful and brutal death.

She possesses a variety of abilities, some of which being the power to lengthen and sharpen the fingers on her hands into long claws. She is also capable of manipulating any surrounding plantlife, utilizing them as bindings to pin down her victims. Once she has killed them, she can cause the plants to wilt before ultimately disintegrating, leaving little to no trace that they were used.

No one knows how she's reaching her victims, nor do they know who she exactly is either. But if she is not found and caught soon, more people will die.

Note: Although no one knows who she truly is, a certain individual will begin to suspect that she has ties to the Felici family - the wealthiest family in Hanara city. Whether she is connected to Orchid and the dead sister however...they're unsure.
