Long to explain with my poor english, but imagine to total an absolute destruction of the central econmy , exception state, 33 death, riots, like 45% of the stores-corporations brocken, the absolute lost of the 1 dollar -1 peso , more than half population falling into poor and Argentina obviouslly also falling in default, too.
