for someone like me with horrendous mental health, the news, the mis information, what people say, everything is taking such a fucking huge toll on me

my anxiety my depression my fear is all over the fucking top

i hope im not alone feeling like this, and if there is someone else out there feeling like this, i'm here. its hard and im not sure anymore but we might make it out, the greatest danger is not the virus, but ourselves, we are our worst enemies, and now we are alone with ourselves.
