ah, Loretta "Lori" Cooper, my long ignored Sly/Neyla daughter. The rightful heir to the cooper line, and elder sibling to both, Pip and a currently undisclosed third sibling...

She and Pip don't meet until they're older, but they end up bonding quickly and Lori always teases him, she helps him get the hang of master thief moves, and helps him with his graffiti/artwork. She's snarky, smug, and sarcastic, and is a rightful successor to the Cooper line. She has a lot of high profile heists under her belt and hasn't even been identified yet.
