As I recall, some of the visual jokes were mine -- such as the doctor turning arund and burying his nose in Ursula's cleavage. Al gave me pretty much carte blance to lay the story out as I wanted, including the break-down into panels and actual staging.

Adrian turned out to be a very good choice of inker -- he seemed to have a knack of keeping my line-values and never added shadows or black spaces I didn't indicate.
