I made pizza from scratch! Yay Pizza!
1 package yeast. $1.30 for 3
4 cups flour $1.00-ish
water Free from tap
olive oil Already on hand
cheese Buy 2 get 'em for... whatever the price it was >_>
'shrooms $1.99
olives I dun remember.
jar of prego Should have been bought at B!gLots for a $1 ish
I put the yeast in hot water for maybe 5 minutes. Added it to 4 cups o'flour. Added water until it was doughish. Then beat it for 10ish minutes. Covered dough with moist cloth towel, and threw it in the oven on "warm". The book said wait 2 hours; but it doubled in size in about 1/2 an hour 0__o MAKES LOTS O DOUGH!! Pulled some off to put in round cake pan. Wiped dough with olive oil, added everything else. Bake at PREHEATED 400degree for 25 minutes.
Review- Good and edible. Exposed crust could use olive oil, cheese, or garlic. Or a winning combination of all three.
My kitchen is growing at me now. But the bar buddies await me! >__>
Aside note: if I ever post my spinach dip recipe, don't use light sour cream.

SOOOO challenging to get back into the swing of cooking. Daily fast food and dark snowy days are annoying! Today was B E AUTIFUL. Crisp and clear, perfect hanging outside weather. I nearly bought a camping chair and a wind chime for my porch. ^__^ And I got my badge from
