Well Tiny Khan (Minmei Wyrzykowski) did have Super Jump in the City of Heroes game, and of course cat like reflexes, so perching on a building made sense in my mind.
Really I just did this for the inking practice.
Just a fun fact: Her sword has no blade until she wishes it, it is essentially an energy blade that responds to her will.
