Arrangement: Hard Times (Ice Cap Zone, Act 1)
Since I completed the Super Mario medley a while back, I had been wanting to do at least one Sonic the Hedgehog number, because Sonic is the franchise I know the most about from playing it the most. I finally got around to doing it, and I chose to do the song I know best from Sonic 3 & Knuckles: the song from Ice Cap Zone, Act 1. I only recently discovered how it almost sounds identical to the unreleased 80s pop song "Hard Times" by the Jetzons, which is why I have mentioned both titles in the title bar. My arrangement is based on the game's track, however.
The arrangement is for the following instruments:
Piano
Electric piano
Electric guitar
Acoustic bass
2 electric basses (playing one octave apart)
Glockenspiel
Crotales
Xylophone
4 vibraphones
5 marimbas (2 grand staff, 2 treble clef, 1 bass clef)
Timpani
Drum set
Battery percussion (snare drums, tenor drums, bass drums, cymbals)

EDITS: Changed some measures so that the A section plays a third time instead of the B section looping forever until the first and second endings. I also added rehearsal markers to my score.
