This is an older piece. Beginning of 2009, I made a brief stint into the world of Kingdom Hearts RPG. This guy was was a product of that. He's from an original world called Union Terrace where Superheroes and villains are common place. By day, this fellow is Arturo "Arty" Knecht, a meek children's games programmer. By night, he's Burn Notice, the most terrible supervillain in Union Terrace. 'Terrible' because he's absolutely wretched at being evil. He's considered by everyone in the city (general populace, superheroes, and supervillains) as a superhero. The press call him Mr. Halloween (because of the colors for his costume) and the Fireman (because he has the ability to manipulate fire, generally putting it out).

Yeah, I don't usually. I've been recently trying to change that. I'll sketch random people in my notebook during class, but nothing's good enough/complete enough to put up. I have the most trouble with human noses and ears... and feet. Feet have always given me trouble, though.
Tráthnóna maith agat.
For the cartoon-ish style you draw in, your human noses and ears in general are fine. Feet are actually easier than they seem, especially when a person is wearing shoes. I thought you did Gustavo's feet very well if I remember correctly. At the moment, the only thing that comes to mind that could be improved -- That is in general and not this particular picture -- are your details in attire. You don't usually draw much in the way of folds, and clothes usually have quite a few very visible folds when worn, except in this case your character is wearing tight-fitting clothing, so there's an exception. You should probably focus a lot of your attention on folds in clothing. I think that would be one of the last big milestones for you, as the rest of your form is already quite good, though, you may also want to work on your backgrounds. You've made quite a few good backgrounds, however, you tend to stick to the simplistic.
Anyway, it's great to see you posting art again. I still have quite a few of your new submissions to look through. Hope to see you posting at Feila again soon. We've all missed you, and it's a shame that we've not gotten the chance to role-play together in so long.

*nods* Yes, clothes have always been a problem. I think part of it is the fact that my mind goes: complex clothing = several extra hours for inking... let's simplify! Same thing for the backgrounds. I'll really try to step it up. I know I can do more complex stuff, it's just forcing myself to stop being lazy and do it.^^; The "Supervillain Sans Costume" submission was an attempt to do more detailed folds in my clothing. I like the result.
