Inside the beast's head, Donovan looks around at the space around him. It was a large, dark void full of indiscernible imagery and oddities. Don was confused and tried to find a way out of this odd place, but there was none.

Don look behind to see the monster that had been haunting his nightmares. He had never gotten a good look at the beast before but seeing the cuts, marks, and gaping hole along w/ that twisted smile sent chills down his spine. And, strangely, Don had no trouble understanding the beast's words.
"What do you mean there's no use in being good, you beast?! Why are you keeping me here and where's Goren?!" Don asked defiantly despite his fear.

In it, he saw Goren through a first-person view and he saw that his body was being controlled by the beast and was fighting Goren. Goren was trying his hardest against the beast, but he was repeatedly getting thrown back time and time again. Don could only look on in horror as he saw some blood drip out of Goren's face hole.
