This fight was initiated by the terrorists that consider Dante as a absolute threat and on the bottom left color of the sketch there is a personnel of the terrorist group being set on mixed type fire by Dante's destructive highly flammable ki wave being fired out of his mouth setting a mixed type fire blaze disinegrating terrorist group members and making their vehicles, tanks and other of their armored vehicles to explode. The fires get put out only after Dante goes back to his base form.
