Amy was a normal anthro Eevee girl before she became an inflatable. After getting covered by an experimental latex, she becomes a living pooltoy capable of producing more inflatable Eeveelution gals as well as changing into other Eeveelutions.
The Hybrid and the Jolteon are now inflated to their full size. The Jolteon doesn't seem to mind the two playing on her inflated belly. Though it looks like Amy is preparing for another change and making another Eeveelution gal to join in.
