A regular sized male is no bigger than a human's palm. While Alphas are as big as a hand.
Alpha males have quills on their chins and down their backs, thicker tails and darker colours. While other males have little quills and have brighter colours.
They're not very intelligent but they can communicate to each other just not other creatures.
