This Huge Dewgong is part of Team Stormbringer who once was a gang-leader of delinquent kids himself within the hallways of PCA,... Until Vermillion knocked him down his high horse, and have become one of his bodyguards for him. Big, Crude, Naive, Loud and acting Belligerent over stupid things, The one thing this guy is proud of is his massive arm-strength. I won't be surprised if he could Lift steel beams with ease with them fucking arms there or even bend them. LOOK AT THEM, POPPING VEINS AND WHATEVER D:
Jorge Schneider
Age: 20 (Got held back a couple of times. If he Fails again, he gets kicked out of PCA)

Background on Jorge: Before Vermillion came to PCA, Jorge was a Gang-Leader of Delinquents in PCA called the Aqua Gang, which had a bunch of Water & Ice-type Pokemon in its group. Although he was loud and Menacing to other kids, he had looked out for his groups like they were his brothers. But then when Vermillion came to PCA, Vermillion decided to go after some of the school's gangs and the Aqua Gang were one of his targets. Vermillion just usually challenge their strongest members and beat them in the arena (Or outside of PCA) then declare himself that they either get out of his sights or join his newly-formed Gang in PCA. Jorge was probably one of the few Pokemon that gave Vermillion some trouble to defeat and Vermillion did acknowledged his strength and asked him to join his group. At First Jorge refused because of his pride, but after a while, his own Gang disbanded because they couldn't believe that their leader lost to someone else (Some friends they are >>.) Only a few of them stay with Jorge. They all decided to join Vermillion's gang in the end. Jorge may not be a leader anymore but he still treats his comrades like they were his own brothers.
