More old art, this time from 2003. I am really just uploading this to have a picture of Cielo in my gallery, he's the dragon on the far right. He is supposed to be a Cloud Dragon, and as always with my dragons he is based off of Dragonlance. There aren't many refs of them so I improvised. He's mute, from trauma to his vocal cords evidenced by those scars on his neck.
