This is Thannis, one of Alanna and Uriel's sons. he's a bit of a tech nerd, with slight steampunk tendancies.
This was origenally doodled on the back of some notes, unsurprisingly about human rights - hence the scroll thing. Coloured on photoshop when bored, mainly trying out odd layer types.
That thing he's looking at is a clockwork tophat, and was the result of a very odd part of a rp at college, involving a greenhouse where all the trees were growing hats. somehwo a clockwork tobhat evolved and became a sort of familier for Thannis. Don't ask me how, because i don't know myself.
