Gotta love Mario Kart! I personally always like the Teddy Buggy myself. It's such an adorable vehicle looking like plush. Mostly attaching the cloud balloons for the glider part. Your choices also look cool! =3
What's your favorite track, Dennis? I personally always enjoy Electrodrome. I always imagine Shiny being eager to join Larry as a DJ and getting everybody to bounce at the party. But all race track show some nice and exciting looking locations overall. X3

Also great choces! I love the remixed song for Excite Bike's track makes it superfun to race on it. I also find it cool that with for example "Mario kart Tour" there now exist a bunch of X-versions of existing tracks with a bunch of remps to jump off of with the vehicle. Making things feel like some roller coaster track out of "Donkey Kong Country 2". Dolphin Shoals got some cool underwater sections and also a big Eel to hop onto. =3
