Hooray for layers! This is the horse animation from http://www.furaffinity.net/view/3555988 with the trainer layers removed, for people who want to see the transformation unobstructed. ;)
With the trainer and other paraphernalia gone, this is a six layer morph. I probably could have spent a bit more time on it, in particular the foreground front and rear legs for which the morph isn't entirely anatomically correct, but not enough of an issue to be distracting. But... meh.
