Oh, my! A Totodile for you! That's wonderful! ^_^
The motive on the left looks especially nice, I find. The way the facial expression turned out there and the physique greatly bring out the feminine look. Shiny would be quite charmed by those eyes the way I know how he's around cute girls. 💕
The clothes aka the poofipants are well streamlined with her dorsal plates. Fashionable and surely comfy to wear. Shiny got stuffed into such before as well and he found they make for fun toys and cushions either, not to mention it's fun to look at himself in the mirror while he wears such.
In regards of criticism, I gotta point out, I'm not sure if that was wanted, but the gap below Flower's arm on the left image is completely white.
The backplates in the middle drawing are a bit confusing because they feel very different from the way they seem to appear in the other drawings, like the amount of triangular shapes that make out the ridge-shape seems to differ (2 ridges in the middle instead of 3, the stripes on the side seemingly also made up of extra triangle-ridges, though that can of course be a unique element of the design that just appears differently in the other two drawings showing your Totodile from the front).
But nevertheless a sweet thing and whether she is a mascot or like a Pokésona to you, I wish you that you'll get to enjoy many happy times with your character yet. Totodile are great and happy Pokémon that also are very adorable. Would be happy to read more of what ideas you might have yet in storage for your Totogirl. If you need a listener and help with anything Totodile related, I'm of course happy to support.

Ah, so she is based of your own personality traits and tehre to be like yourself through and through. That's always nice. I call Shiny my mascot because if I'm honest, I sadly am not as small and cute nor as bouncy and nimble as Shiny. He's also much better in regards of musical talent and differs from myself in other aspects. I still love him so so much and would protect him like a little bother. =3
I never made a Sona for myself but I guess since I'm an average Human, a bit clumsy and can be derpy like most people, Slowpoke seems a lot like that. Thinking a bipedayl Slowpoke, with their usual funny nose, the ears and the pinkish color, it does feel right. Doesn't change that I'm a Totodile addict and find them way adorable of course. <X3
