Throughout the galaxy the Star-Judges are the law and order of all planets under the United Galactic Community. The Star-Judge Battalion act as officers of the law and, when allowed, will execute any escaped criminals, deviants and other threats to the UGC. And admits their ranks Olgra St'ark of the planet Amadus was one of the best.

After she and the other Star-Judges had taken down an illegal genetic experimental group's actions they discovered one of their experiments, code-named "Devastator" had been released back on it's origin planet of Earth for hiding. Olgra agreed to travel to the underdeveloped planet and capture and recover or kill the subject as required. Armed with a series of weapons and armaments (including a jet pack, bio-energy readers, cloaking technology, DNA trackers, shield gauntlets, and a standard Judge helmet with an array of sensors and trackers) and her skilled hand-to-hand training, Olgra will ensure the planets safety by dealing with the Devastator one way or another.
