I did try to write a weight-gain themed solo-RPG-adventure/gamebook a while back, but lost it in a hard-drive crash.
There's Voracious!, but I haven't read it and I think it's unfinished at the moment. There are also some (unofficial obviously) weight-gain centered supplements for 3.5 and 5th edition D&D I've seen around the web.

Now I have a desire to make a old-school-style RPG set in, say, a food-scarcity setting where gathering food takes the role gathering gold used to as how characters gain experience (and stuffing as much as you can of it in your face is totally a legitimate way to gather it that makes it easier to bring with you), though. Will probably not be worth the effort to actually write it however.

Poor fella is looking knackered, might need to have a rations break to refuel.

Man really makes me want an rpg like this!
