This whole week was the first week at the psychologist's office. It's... been strange. Been doing a lot of talking that I don't want to do, going into topics I would rather leave buried.

Problem is, they never stay that way.

I've tried to hide most of it, because that's what I do. I've tried to be upbeat and laugh and have a good time. But it's text. And behind the text is me feeling down.
