This is part of a large project I am going to do where I am going to draw every pokemon. yes EVERY ONE! lol ^w^' I will draw one artwork which is heavily copying official artwork to get a feel for the pokemon and practice the drawing and shading of it and then a second artwork which will be more of my own style version of the pokemon with my own shading and drawing techniques.
this are is heavily based off official artwork so all credit goes to Game Freak and Nintendo. Heres the link to the original image source

I found charmanders official art shows charmander weirdly pale in colour so i showed that here but i used stronger colours which are more common in fanart in my chibi version (link below)
