Well not really it could be anything other than a gas
You can change these things
- Amount of gas (Burp,Fart) or none
- Things that inflate you (can change to anything example (water hose, vore, slime, etc..)
- Belly size (A bit bigger or smaller)
- Species
- Gender
-Text (both in balloon text and on the belly)
Your character will be fully painted as these examples (Normally my full painting commission cost around 70-100$ so 50$ is really a special price)

Really sorry for the inconvinience of the situation happening around the world right now. But although I may or may not change the price on the future ychs since I only set it 50$ for trying to save up enough to enroll on zbrush online program. After I got enough I'm sure the future ychs would be lower price than this
