Hi! I hope you're all ok.
This is what I've been working on this whole time actually. That's why I haven't posted anything lately. I was tempted to show parts of the process, but at the same time I wanted to reveal the whole thing finished. This piece is very dear to my heart and a very important one. It's meant to be joyful, yet, a sense of struggle and melancholy persists. That's why i tried and tried to capture the atmosphere and the characters just how i first envisioned them. So, I didn't settle for anything less (hence this ridiculously prolonged delay because I am not skilled enough to get it done in my first attempts).
I hope you like it. Anyway, I will post the process of this one, so if anyone is interested, you'll be able to find them later in my scraps-folder (or maybe a subfolder, i'm not sure). I really really struggled to get this done.. Very tricky :p aaand i didn't paint a sunset, so that's cool :p
