A lil tribute for Albert Uderzo, the co-creator and illustrator for Asterix and Obelix who passed away today.
The books and movies of Asterix has always been a huge influence on me since a young age and he grew into a childhood hero of mine.
To me Asterix along with Mario were always the lil guy who was ready to stand up to threats much larger and grander then themselves.
Rather than making something somber I wanted to capture the joy that he's brought me from my childhood.
Rip Albert Uderzo, you will be missed.
