Did this pin in 2008. Using acrylics and coated in a marine varnish for protection. For an extra touch, I added fins to it (a difficult procedure).
I used Gorilla Glue to affix the fins to it..and a few months down the line, two of the fins broke off...so it's back to the drawing board.
