I realized I really needed a hub for the type of commissions I offer! Here's the total rundown of everything, not including special event commissions like YCHs.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
- Prices are in USD
- I do not draw NSFW of underage characters or characters intended to look underage/like children.
- I do not draw feral porn
- Please check my F-LIST for kinks I will and will not draw {LINK}
- I can put Japanese text on a reference sheet only if you pay $15 for the entire reference sheet to be translated into JP by me. I do not use Japanese merely for aesthetic. I can design Japanese type for badges if you plan to attend Japanese language events, but do not want to do these just for aesthetic. I can also do bilingual badges in other languages if you provide the text.
- If you speak a second language and want a bilingual ref you can provide the text and I will include it on the ref.
- Similarly I may refuse to design commissions for cultural mythological creatures for people outside the culture. This includes kitsune, tanuki, etc. This is case by case. It may seem silly to you, but I want to respect my friends cultures! There are tons of incredible artists inside these cultures to commission for designs like these. ♡
- If you need a commission to jump the queue I can do a rush fee of 50% of the total price or 75% for same day completion.
- commissioners do not receive the commercial rights to any work by default. If a commissioner wants commercial rights to a character they will need to pay a buyout price or negotiate royalties.
- Under no circumstances can you mint my art as an NFT or feed my work into generative AI models.
- I retain all distribution rights and ownership to my images.
-Refunds can be offered if the commission isn't started. If the sketch is done 50% can be refunded. If anything further is complete, no refund is available.
-Commissions can be expected within 2 months. I work quickly but have disabilities that sometimes require unplanned days off.
- If you do not see yourself on the queue right after paying, notify me as I guarantee it is an error.
- My commissions also are not worked on in order of receival because of the short turnaround goal of 1 month. Standard slots are spread out through the month and sticker slots are worked on later in the month. Maximum wait time is 3 months. If you wait longer than that for a commission you can request a refund. I will try to inform customers if any life situations cause delays.
WIP POLICY:

- Please specially request to have WIP pictures sent of anything past the sketch phase. Most commission types are completed in one sitting after the sketch is approved.
- Approval of a sketch generally means your commission will be done that week, except in the case of stickers which are sketched as a batch and completed through the month.
- Design commissions will be workshopped throughout by the commissioner and I. Designs can be changed up until the end of the process, and alternate versions can be provided later for a $15-25 fee depending on complexity.
- if an edit is requested after the sketch phase despite the element being present in the sketch, there is a $15-25 dollar fee. Errors not present in the sketch can be fixed for free, unless the commissioner requests more than 2 rounds of edits.
- If the commission takes enough time that the wage made goes below $25 an hour, all edits will cost a fee. If the commissioner requests no edits there will not be a fee.
- If I fail to comply with your requested WIP schedule after approval, I can refund you 10%.
