I like eggs. I enjoy doing A LOT of egg scramble dishes, as I am unable to make omelet. But really you get more flavor in scrambles.

some onion
spinach
butter
black olives
Parmesan cheese
2 eggs

Melt butter in pan. Add onion and saute until soft-ish. Add spinach and heat until soggy. Throw in scrambled eggs with a touch of H20. When nearly done top with black olives. Put on a plate and top with Parmesan cheese. Served with tortillas.

Review: Rather surprising. I'm not a fan of spinach, but I'm actually eating it all in one sitting rather than over a period of time. ^__^
