This program will take a long bit to learn, as it feels very counterintuitive to me, but I'm not gonna pay autodesk 1500USD a year for 3DS Max. As is, I can at least set up a simple rendering scene and play around with the materials. Next thing I'll probably do is play with the physics simulation. In all, just a red box with a boolean operation applied to it.
