Introducing a new character, Cyphin! Cyphin is a Spireborn, a new subspecies of Zorgoia that was just released recently! I won't give the full explanation besides describing him as a massive mana (and, as Zorgoia do, people)-eating noodle. Description;

Belaying his intense appearance, Cyphin is a mellow, relaxed, slow-moving Spireborn who tends to slowly lumber and let his 18 foot stride cover the distance his speed doesn't. Inoffensive and gentle to just about anything except intruders in his tribe's caves who are after the Spire, he much prefers to sleep and read books in his free time, with or without company. Well spoken though relatively unused to the world around him, if you're an object of interest to him, he'll likely prove easy enough to befriend as long as you mean no harm to him, his family, or his divinity.

His moniker says it all about his unique abilities; whatever he stings or eats, he'll copy an ability from - be it a spell they're proud of or a natural ability. Most of the time his pursuit of prey is equal parts out of a want for magic and sheer curiosity out of what kind of power he would end up copying. An example to give would be him stinging Vel which gave him the ability to portal to other worlds and come back within the same instant, allowing him to explore far off planets while still seeing his duty to the Spire (to the detriment of many, MANY other magical creatures). In situations where said ability gained is reliant on a biological trait, he'll flash-shapeshift them for the duration of using said ability, such as growing feathers on his arms to dive bomb if he was copying an Avian's powers. As well, his fur (and yes, his insides) have a shell of anti-magic over them. This makes him a very dangerous person for magi to go against, and makes him even scarier to other Zogoia than he already is, suiting his preferred living prey diet.

Despite his calm behavior, he's something of a boogeyman to non-Spireborn Zorgoia that keeps people away from his group's caverns, being that they have both a lot of magic in them and as a rule of thumb often a unique-to-them ability, they'll always give him a spell he hasn't seen before. Even if he has no intention of eating them, he'll still likely run them down and sting them just to sate his mana hunger and earn a new spell, before taking them to the edge of his territory to leave them to wake up and walk dazed back to safety.

Vore stuff;

As far as vore goes, Cyphin is a very passive predator which may be disconcerting in some respects, but re-assuring in others. He sees it as a sacred right of Zorgoia to always reform their prey because as far he knows, the spire gave them that power for a reason, for this reason prey is never in danger of dying by being eaten by him. At the same time, this also completely frees up his consciousness from guilt, so he'll hunt, ambush, and eat any living thing he can get his claws on, especially other non-Spireborn Zorgoia. Anything he can digest, he'll likely reach out and grab as it passes by him, but unless he's very intrigued, he'll only make the single pass with a claw, a foot stomp to pin, or a sting to paralyze and will otherwise let them walk or run off.

He's still learning what "vore" means as an actual thing people fetishize, as far as he's grown and known eating is done just for nutrition. Since ending up in the circumstance of world-hopping because of Vel, he's slowly catching onto - though thoroughly confused by - people fetishizing his large size, large maw, and his large ah... paws, but being lazy as he is, he doesn't mind a bit of pampering being thrown his way. The two psuedo-fangs on his mouth serve as mana drainers, allowing him to drink and obtain mana from prey without stinging or eating them, in fact it doesn't even break skin, he just has to rest it on their bodies.

I may update his character as it goes, minor tweaks but I'm playing it by ear with this boy. I told myself I was done getting new characters but Spireborn are just... mmmph. I love savage, dangerous, big things.
Also yes he's a Zorgoia Blue Mage, I love the job in every Final Fantasy.
