My rules towards designs/adopts
Rules
- Credit me for the original design (Toyhouse is Proximasaur)
- You may resell the design but don't go over it's worth (Worth includes extra art and what you originally paid for the design)
- Edits may be done to the design
- No stealing my designs, and don't steal, claim as your own then sell as your own, even little>major edits etc.
- Do not sell my art as merch - if you purchased a design from me, YOU MAY DRAW ART OF THAT OC AND SELL MERCH... IT MUST BE YOUR ART OR YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION
- No refunds
- Talk to me if you're going to do breedables
- PLEASE DON'T COMMENT ON THE ADOPT IF YOU'RE GOING TO PULL OUT WHEN IT HASN'T BEEN 48 HOURS (I usually reply before 2 days exactly passes - it's different if I reply after and you pull out) - I don't take excuses, but if it makes sense, I may a). give a small warning or b). clear then warn you not to do it again (meaning you won't get a warning on my blacklist). "I lost interest" is not an excuse, it's rude.
