X'hutoa has a reputation for being a little ornery (case in point: https://www.furaffinity.net/view/30247200/ ) which means he can sometimes bite off more than he can chew. So, when Rick decides to get X back for his shenanigans, he makes sure to enlist the help of his older brother. That way Rick is free to keep the yotie locked in a full-nelson hold while Ben is free to exploit X'hutoa's especially ticklish tummy and underarms!
Of course, with how uptight Ben normally is, it's a wonder that Rick got him to agree to such a silly technique. Maybe Rick threatened to spread the word about his brother's own ticklish exploits if he didn't? Hmm...

CoolPat7 :) Was a lot of fun to draw such a cute situation, especially when I rarely draw characters physically holding another down for a tickle attack. Made it feel a lot more playful and silly, which fits.
