The fourth story of my Fox x Wolf series. If you haven't read the other parts of the story yet to get caught up, go to the story folder and find the parts leading up to this. Otherwise, enjoy!

Silence filled Fox's room as he just stares at both Peppy, his father's best friend that raised him, and the photo of both him and his rival/lover Wolf O'Donnell kissing. Panic fills Fox's mind, a sweat came down from his forehead. How was he going to explain this to Peppy? If so, how was he also gonna explain this to both Falco and Slippy if Peppy showed the photo to them?

Peppy: Fox? You wanna explain?

Fox gulped and finally spoke.

Fox: Okay.

Peppy: Alright, now why were you and Wolf hanging out? And kissing?

Fox: That invite he sent me, that was why, it wasn't a trap, he just wanted me to hang out with his crew and as for the kissing, well...

Peppy: Wait, you two are...

Fox sighs

Fox: Yeah, me and Wolf are a couple.

Peppy looks at Fox for a moment and then looks at the photo and sighs.

Peppy: Yeah, I figured.

Fox: Huh?

Fox was expecting Peppy to yell at him a little, maybe even a angrier reaction. He didn't expect Peppy to be so calm about this.

Fox: You're not mad?

Peppy: I'm a little mad that you didn't tell one of us, but I can see that you love Wolf, right?

It was true. Fox was in love with Wolf, ever since they meet at different locations and Wolf made the first move of kissing Fox. Fox still remembers the love hotel experience they both had.

Peppy: As long as there isn't violence between you two, I'm happy for ya to be with him.

Fox smiled and give Peppy a hug as Peppy hugged him back.

Peppy: Though you're gonna have to tell Falco and Slippy.

Fox: I will I promise. Thank you Peppy.

Peppy: You're welcome Fox.

After that hug and talk, Fox remembered he got Wolf's phone number before leaving and decides to call him. After a few rings, Wolf picked up.

Wolf: Hello?

Fox: Hey Wolf.

Wolf: Hey pup. Calling me already for a booty call?

Fox blushes

Fox: N-no! I just wanted to tell you that Peppy found out about me and you.

Wolf: Oh. What was his reaction?

Fox: He was surprisingly cool with it.

Wolf: Nice. See pup. If that geezer is fine with it, I'm sure the little kid and that birdbrain are gonna be fine with this too.

Fox: Slippy might, but Falco, I'm not sure.

Wolf: Won't know until you try pup.

Fox: Hmmm. Alright, see ya.

Wolf: Bye pup.

The call ended and Fox went out of his room and goes to Slippy's. He knocked on the door.

Slippy: Come in!

Fox entered Slippy's room which were filled with video games and comic books.

Fox: Hey Slippy, I need to talk to you about something.

Slippy: Sure Fox! What is it?

Fox: Well, I have a lover...

Slippy: A lover?! Who?!

Fox: Ummm, Wolf.

Slippy: Wolf?! Wolf is your lover?!

Fox: Yes he is, please calm down. He was also the reason why I got you that food from the place you were talking about.

Slippy: Really? Wow, well if he didn't hurt you, then I guess he's okay with me. But I'll still be careful around him. He's kinda scary to me.

Fox: Thank you for understanding Slippy.

Slippy: Of course Fox!

Fox left Slippy's room with a sigh of relief. Now there was one team mate left, Falco. Fox didn't know how Falco would react to the news. Would he joke about it? Laugh or get angry with him? He knows that Falco tends to have a temper with him whether it was on missions or back at base. He walked to Falco's room and stopped at his door. He took a deep breath and knocked on the door.

Falco: Come on in.

Fox entered and looked around the room. It had posters of females in bikinis and his room was a bit messy with dirty clothing.

Fox: Ugh, when's the las time you did your own laundry?

Falco: Eh I dunno. Now what did ya came in here for?

Fox: I wanna tell you about something.

Falco: Which is?

Fox: I'm in a relationship with Wolf.

Falco: What?! Wait, you're gay?!

Fox: Yeah, I'm gay.

Falco: Damn, and you're in a relationship with Wolf? Our archenemy?

Fox: Yeah.

Falco was silent. He couldn't believe that his teammate was gay and that his boyfriend was the leader of Starwolf. Though to be honest, if he was in Fox's position and he told Fox he was gay, Fox would react the same way as he did. He looked up at Fox, who was waiting for a answer.

Falco: Eh, whatever makes you happy. Just be careful with him okay?

Fox: Thanks Falco, I mean it.

Falco: Sure thing bud.

Fox exited Falco's room with the weight removed from his shoulders. He feels relieved that he told his teammates about his relationship with Wolf. He smiled and went back to his room, writing a message to tell Wolf that his teammates know about the relationship that he and Wolf have. He sent the message and went to bed, smiling and waiting for Wolf's response.
