Separate image from the character sheet, because I like how it turned out. It's my magic boi!
My last lineart made in Photoshop - I'm switching to a much better Clip Studio now. God knows it took me a long time to do this.

Ty! That means a lot.
I do think that the source books didn't use all the potential of monstrous races, creating "humans with horns" and "humans with cat heads" and "humans with pointy ears". I do enjoy the thought of species dimorphism a lot, and usually homebrew stuff, like making elves look like :Divinity: OS2: elves, so they're not just thin humans with pointy ears, but something visibly different. I like messing with body structure as well, albeit usually it's similar for the species instead of being drastically different. So Brandywine is sort of an exception - my go-to tieflings are often like the fawn in "Pan's Labyrinth" when I DM.

I like the idea of being wrapped into magic, especially to confuse others. The only human-like character I have would be a high elf (moon elf to be exact) who cannot cast even if his life depends on it. He's a pirate. I imagine the confusion others will have when they need magical assistance, and the best thing he could do would go for "pick a card" trick.
In terms of races and mosnters, 4ed had amazing ideas illustration-wise. I dislike 4ed mechanically, but I loved its art more than in any other edition.
