Yeah that's a glitch/error with the way unreal engine 4 handles camera interpolation, there is a missing camera keyframe in two frames (you only spotted one, but there is another one :P) and ue4 thinks the most efficent way to interpolate that frame is to make a 180 flip for some reason. next animations I will render to an image sequence so I can identify and replace the frames that get glitched.
