Reminds me of Half-Life 2. I mean, it's not quite The Citedel, but it's kinda close X3

The inspiration from the Citadel is clearly there, however he made it his own design by changing it from being a monolithic tower to something resembling an industrial complex like an oil platform.

Could still fit quite well into the building style from the Combine, though. Given, that the Combine are an interdimensional empire spanning multiple universes, maybe the Anosovians had a run in with them at some point and adapted their design and architecture to their own use, one may never know. ;)

There is still a very lovely, dystopian appeal by large building structures in the background and cables running randomly and chaotic through the cityscape.

AND IF YOU SEE DR BREEN TELL HIM I SAID FUCK YOU!!!

The sky and scenery have a slight brown/yellowish hue that feels... rather un-Earth-like. (Which is appropriate, of course!) It's subtly unsettling.
