Hey noodle what did you do today?

Well I woke up around 9ish, then around 10ish, then finally when my alarm went off around 10:15 I texted Ian and asked where he wanted to eat. He suggested either Taco John's or JoJo's, and becaue I've never been I decided we should try that one! I went and brushed my teeth around 10:30ish, then collected my stuff and headed out while Jesse and Wes were still napping.

I drove to Benton and while doing so I called grandma. She seemed in good enough spirits, and Tom was there so that was good, and she even said that dad sent her some pink roses! February 10th is a hard day for her, because in addition to being grandpa's birthday (He would have been 94), it also marks 6 months to the day since he passed. Certainly a sadness, but her family is hugging her tight!

I got to JoJo's at 11:07, which was 3 minutes before I told Ian I'd be there. As I put on some deodorant I saw him calling me, so I got out of the car and surprised him!

We went inside and it was a nice kind of breakfast-style diner, and in fact he said that he gets breakfast there every Friday. Before I could order I got a phone call, but the signal in there was really bad, so I told Ian what I wanted to order and went outside and called them back. It was just a spam call from EDU placer, so I went back inside, and was even able to order when the waitress came back. We each got a Big Dan's cheeseburg combo with fries, but he had a diet conke and I had a normal one. It was really good, and while eating we talked about his frand (Kyle Neebor the Neighbor!) and how he was gonna go to China to covertly preach the gospel.

After we finished eating we went outside, and it was still pretty rainy and nasty, so Ian drove me around in his car and we chatted about his car and pecan trees and the like. His car is pretty old and as he drove, I could smell the ancient epoxy and vinyl smell that those old vehicles have...And it was making me feel a little car sick. I was glad when we stopped at a patch of 63 acre land that was being sold. He had to pee, and I was just happy to get up and walk around.

After we got back in the car we headed back to JoJo's, and I decided to go home. When I got there I went downstairs and spent a little time on the computer, but I wound up taking a nodl nap after putting in some applications and doing a bit of typing. I wound up woking up around 5ish, but then I charged my phone for about an hour and went upstairs to get some food. I still had 5 Taco Bell tacos left, so I warmed them up and ate them. I spent time upstairs petting black kitty and then headed back downstairs. I got a little accomplished (editing and resumes), then around 11ish I just kinda conked out.
