Bashkarr talks with Governor about heavier things. He's trying to find a reason to fight, she wonders if he hasn't already found it. And is probably not really listening at this point because he's just being "blah blah blah blah."

I am so happy to finally have a chance to RP this character that I've had for 3 1/2 years. He's finally starting to flesh out.
As for the art itself, I love working in pencil and don't finish enough pencil sketches. So I thought I would finish this one. At 3 AM. ;-;
