Born in 1604 Radomir Furmos was the son of a mere farmhand working within the lands of Petru Valerious, lord of the eastern providence of Romania. And like any born into such a low status of life, Radomir longed for more. When he was able to carry a sword he went against his father's wishes and become a soldier, able to rise higher than his family ever had in generations. While serving in the Romanian forces Radmoir heard tales of the "New World" across the seas, hoping to go there to make a new name for himself.

During his many years in combat in service to the Valerious family Radmoir had come upon a monk, a mere bat named Brother Dumitru, who offered Radmoir "true power" in return for offering to indulge his "sinful nature". Seduced by the monk Radmoir agreed before learning that the monk was in fact a vampire, willing to share his unholy powers with another. Radmoir accepted and was taught the true extent of his powers. However, as soon as he fully understood what he was, Radmoir killed Dumitru, tricking him into the sunlight where he became ash. Radmoir now had the power to take what he wanted and began a campaign of fear across Romania and eventually most of Europe. Feeding on man, woman, child while turning come into his personal court or harem of vampires "Lord Radmoir", as he came to call himself, had become something of a dark legend throughout the country.

In time forces of the church allied with a group of monster hunters, the Sanctifiers as they were known to some, hunted down Radmoir's forces in an attempt to rid the world of his evil. Unfortunately the master vampire himself escaped, none knowing he had smuggled himself to the new world of North America; his coffin being hidden away at his request by his minions. For centuries he laid sleeping, letting the world think of him and his kind as nothing more than myth and legend, until the day he would rise again. His new hunting ground would soon become Saturn City and it's denizens, both great and small....

Radmoir's vampiric powers include superior strength and speed, heighten senses of smell and hearing, transforming into mist, flight, climbing up surfaces, becoming practically invisible in pure darkness, control over the dead (both other vampires he's created and bodies both fresh and old), nightvision, and limited control over the weather.
