The character is a toony Beluga whale.
I forget what conversation started this- we were at the monthly socal prancing skiltaire party, and had gone over to In and out burger with the usual huge group, which includes multiple fursuiters.

We were sitting around the tables in back, and I had the inspiration for this pop into my head- I asked for paper and a pencil, then proceeded to draw it in the near total darkness with my nose practically pressed into the table surface....

Not bad for something I could barely see to draw.
I just wish I could remember what the joke was that made me do this.
