Meva is a alien dwarf called a Technian. The Technians are basically mage scientific inventors, Technomancy, as they put it. Meva is a very eccentric inventor sorceress, eager to create and invent various things by any means. Problem is that she doesn't fully think about the risks and outcomes, leading to many of her inventions causing disasters on a mystical level. She ended up on Earth and made contact with Earth's secret organization. She offered her services(out of pitty) to help advance Earth's technology and keep up with other galaxies. Meva's tool for creating her tech is a wand that looks like a wrench. Anything heap of junk she touches(or bashes) her wand with, will take the form of what she desires it to be, or restore old rusted tech to it's original state. One of Meva's go-to weapons if she's in a pinch is her C.C.C(Cubic Compact Carrier). It is made up of magic nano cubes that take the shape of various weapons, armor, even vehicles. Her current project is the Sorceress Sentinel, an exo-suit that amplifies her technomancy abilities.
