I'm guessing it's either referring back to the birthday party incident that happened when Star was seven, or it has to do with Star being an ABDL. While she didn't become fully immersed in the lifestyle until she met Lure and Manda, she probably had the urges before, I mean, that's why she became interested in the two of them. Maybe she found herself doing something babyish without thinking about it, and her dad walked in on her and got mad.
Yup I figured it out. Shine....shed....shine a light kn a situation...shed some light on a situation. This is all just a means to the end of the comic that is it's all about how they got back together to build a shed as a family. These next few pages are the end of the comic.

You know what your complaining about drawing sheds reminds me of? I'm a fan of the comic strip Pearls Before Swine, and in the treasury collections of that strip, the cartoonist, Stephan Pastis, comments on many strips, and sometimes he talks about how much he hates drawing certain things, like collies for instance. Honestly, I guess every artist has certain things they just cannot stand to draw. Take me, for instance. I'm fine drawing sketches of people and existing cartoon characters who happen to be humans (heck, I made a whole comic story, albeit not an incredibly long one, with the characters in Ed, Edd n' Eddy) but I won't draw my own original cartoon drawings of people. I just like doing anthropomorphic animals so much more.
