Yes, imperious...that's just what I thought when I saw this handsome fellow. I had to draw him as he looks over his shoulder at someone or something that isn't worthy of his gaze!

Graphite on Canson drawing paper.

I think I'll frame this one and hang it up at work. ;)

Very nice. When they migrate for the winter you can't but stare at them, all alone in a dead tree just perched there looking at everything.

What a very handsome eagle, I like him. Great job, mate! :) My, it like you better tread careful around this guy lest you want a face full of talons. Then again, I am aware that a number of us here would rather enjoy a bird foot in our face.

Another great bird! Looks great, with the raised hackles and fierce eye. Feather details on the back and wing curve also deserve commendation.
