Arrangement: Boss Battle Theme from Super Mario Bros. 2
My take on the boss battle theme from Super Mario Bros. 2, done for large pit percussion (my favorite template); it came out a little much, but all of these would probably sound better if heard in person by live musicians. This theme doesn't play, though, when taking on the game's final boss, Wart.

Extra trivia: Super Mario Bros. 2 to us in North America is known as "Super Mario USA" in Japan, and the game is a conversion of a prototype known as "Doki Doki Panic." To the Japanese, the game known as "Super Mario Bros. 2" wasn't released originally here in North America because Nintendo of America thought it was too difficult and too similar to the original Super Mario Bros. It wasn't until "Super Mario All-Stars" came along that we North Americans finally got a chance to play the game, and thus, we know it as "Super Mario Bros.: The Lost Levels."
