ALot of this looks good actually, colorwise and alot of the linework.. but on the head it looks like on the jaw, the upper jaw is the one moving on a hinge instead of the lower, which creates a very distracting image on its own.
Also to with the horns on the back of the head, with here you have the curve stopping at, makes them appear as if they're growing from the right side of the head instead of down the center.
Otherwise it has alot of positive parts to it.
