Someone once wrote "Avocado is what butter would be if butter were a vegitable"...smooth, creamy, fattening, and utterly lacking in appeal without something to go with it...like salt ^.^...
I like salted brown butter..im a freak but its the only way ill eat it...even in pastry form if i have the time and energy...

Avocado has "good fat" unlike actual butter. Fish oil is good for you too.
This week will be when I finish up the avocado that I have. It's not great to have all the time, but for learning new things, it's not so bad to have. Personally, I love slicing it up to have on a sandwich with hummus, portabellas, tomatoes, mozzarella, and pesto. NOM!

pink salt is Himalayan... its a little less salty then sea salt, but doesnt have a chemical tast like you get with table salt... its my favorite type for anything...but (call me a freak) i love it on peanut butter cookies...and with caramel..really makes the flavors explode...
