It actually works well with the Tau and the Space marines. I have friends that have done it too, and with their options AND size, its better to magnetize them so you can pop them off and transport them easily. Haha, the again, for us Eldar, its good since we have like, 500 differnt combinations we can do with just one unit, hahaha. Its a really good job too.

Two magnet style is great, but when you're swapping out a lot, you actually might find it a better grip using only one rare-earth magnet, and use a teeny woodscrew on the other side- you can epoxy the screw in place and it'll not come apart anywhere near as easily as two-magnets do. Also when doing it that way you can disguise the screw under a layer of greystuff that will make it even more seamless ;)

the only issue I have with that is the point at which the weapons attach to the warwarkers is so small and the weapons are quite thin that I hesitate to put a screw in it. But yeah that works well too.
